SHIPPING
Shipping is done through UPS ground unless expedited service is indicated. We will attempt to ship your order using the carrier of choice. We reserve our right to use a different carrier to ensure the timely delivery of your order. We guarantee that your order will ship on time, using the method you request, provided that paperwork is returned on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

PRODUCT COLOR
Due to variations in photography light, the product color in this on-line catalog may not be exact. 

ART CONVERSION FEE
Art conversion to usable vector form is free, depending on the artwork complexity. It is our goal to match the original art as close as possible. Since redrawing your art requires recreating it by hand, typos or other mistakes may occur. It is your responsibility to verify on the art proof that will be sent to you after redrawing, that the artwork is laid out properly, words are spelled correctly, and all other art details are verified. Please be aware that whatever you approve is what will be printed and we will not be held responsible if incorrect art is approved.

PMS MATCH
PMS match charge of $75 to mix custom ink colors.

CUSTOMIZATION & LOGO IMPRINTING
We offer a variety of customization options to allow you the flexibility to select the method that best presents your custom message or logo.

PRE-MADE BAG PRINTING
Imprinting uses colored matte ink. There are a wide variety of colors are available although there is a Pantone match charge for non standard colors. The first color/location running charge is free on bags where imprinting is available. The cost for each additional imprint color or location is $0.18 per bag for short run (pre-made) bags. There is also a one time plate charge per color, per location.
Printing plates for pre-made bags are:
$70 for 1-36 sq. inches.
$100 for 37-54 sq. inches.
$120 for 55-80 sq. inches.
$150 for 81+ sq. inches.
Plates are kept on file for two years from the date of the last order that uses them.

PRE-MADE BAG HOT STAMPING
Your logo is stamped with a metallic foil creating a shiny finish to your logo. The cost for each additional hot stamp color or location is $0.36 per bag for short run (pre-made) bags. First color is free on bags where imprinting is not available. Pantone matching is not available on hot stamp foils.

Hot stamp plates for pre-made bags are:
$95 for 1-36 sq. inches.
$130 for 37-80 sq. inches.
$160 for 81+ sq. inches.
Plates are kept on file for two years from the date of the last order that uses them.

The available foil colors: Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Metallic Copper, Metallic Red, Metallic Blue, Metallic Navy, Metallic Green, Metallic Purple, Metallic Teal, Metallic Burgundy.
Non Metallic Foils: Black, White.
Please note that the hot stamp colors of black and white are non metallic matte foils.

STANDARD RUN PRINTING

The cost for each additional imprint color or location varies on standard run bags (Normally $0.05 to $0.02 per bag) for standard run bags. There is also a one time plate charge per color, per location. Standard run plates are $45 for up to 24 sq. inches and $2 per additional sq. inch. Plates are kept on file for two years from the date of the last order that uses them.

They are not presented for resale with these specific logos on them. They are not to be construed as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owners. Miscellaneous items pictured with the product are not included unless expressly stated.
