STANDARD PRODUCTION
Standard production time is 3 weeks (15 business days) from order approval, and does not include shipping transit time. Please allow 1-6 days for US delivery depending on where in the US you are located. International shipments may take longer. For faster production time, please contact us for rush production information.

SHIPPING
Shipping is done through ups ground unless expedited service is indicated. We will attempt to ship your order using the carrier of choice. We reserve our right to use a different carrier to ensure the timely delivery of your order. We guarantee that your order will ship on time, using the method you request, provided that paperwork is returned on time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

PRODUCT COLOR
Due to variations in photography light, the product color in this on-line catalog may not be exact. 

SAMPLE POLICY - BLANK PRODUCT
We accommodate, if necessary, sample purchasing to help you verify the quality and color. Samples are not returnable, working samples are billed at the first quantity price break, but non working "dummy" samples are no charge. All samples (working and dummy) are shipped UPS ground at a cost of $6.99 for shipping and handling, unless you provide a shipping account number (UPS, FedEx, etc). The cost of the sample is refundable upon placement of your order. The freight is non-refundable.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE POLICY - PRINTED PRODUCT
We accommodate, if necessary, sample purchasing with your logo applied to help you verify the quality and color and logo placement. Samples are not returnable, working samples are billed at the first quantity price break, but non working "dummy" samples are no charge. In addition you will have plate charges and any other applicable charges (ex Pantone Match) as well as a $50 production charge for a single piece (working or dummy). All pre production samples (working and dummy) are shipped UPS ground at no extra cost, unless you request expedited shipping. The cost of the sample is refundable upon placement of your order. If no changes are made to the artwork, the plate can be reused on your full order at no cost. The freight is non-refundable. Production time for these samples is approximately 2-10 business days.

ART CONVERSION FEE
Art conversion to usable vector form is free, depending on the artwork complexity. It is our goal to match the original art as close as possible. Since redrawing your art requires recreating it by hand, typos or other mistakes may occur. It is your responsibility to verify on the art proof that will be sent to you after redrawing, that the artwork is laid out properly, words are spelled correctly, and all other art details are verified. Please be aware that whatever you approve is what will be printed and we will not be held responsible if incorrect art is approved.

PMS MATCH
PMS match charge of $35 to mix custom ink colors for non standard PMS colors.

CUSTOMIZATION & LOGO IMPRINTING
One time set-up charge of $75 for silk-screening / pad printing per color and $85 for laser engraving / debossing (on available models).

PRINTING RUNNING CHARGE
The first color is complimentary and it is included in the price of the items. For additional printing runs add $0.45 for each run after the first. For laser engraving or debossing (on available models), add $1.50 per piece. For process printing (photo-like image), add $1.50 per drive.

RUSH PRODUCTION
Please add $1.00 per color for 7 day rush. Add $299 per order (plus all charges for 7 day rush) for 3 day rush. Please note that stock available for rush production is limited. Contact us for availability.

DATA REPLICATION
We can pre-load your USB flash drives with data you provide. We can pre-load it to be permanently locked on the drive, or removable by the end user. Not available on all models. Please contact us for pricing and availability.

We will respond at the same day to answer all your questions or assist you with your ordering. Our preferred Method of payment is Business & Personal Checks, Cashier's Checks & Money Orders. Major credit cards are also accepted.

Factory presumes that clients are authorized to use trademarked logos sent for production. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes. The logos, insignias, designs, trademarks, and registered symbols which are displayed in the catalog are reproduced only to show examples of our decorating capabilities. They are not presented for resale with these specific logos on them. They are not to be constructed as product or brand name endorsements by or for the trademark owners. Miscellaneous items pictured with the product are not included unless expressly stated.
